Global Observatory of Public Administration and Governance

The Global Observatory of Public Administration and Governance supports the modernization of public institutions and the strengthening of governance systems through an approach grounded in transparency, efficiency and accountability. It examines administrative reforms, the quality of public services, institutional performance, digital government, anti-corruption mechanisms, public resource management, citizen participation, accountability and ethics in public action.

By mobilizing comparative research, governance indicators, technical assistance, capacity-building for public officials and institutional cooperation, the Observatory supports States, local authorities, public administrations, schools of governance and development partners in building institutions that are more modern, more accessible and more results-oriented. Its work positions public administration and governance as essential drivers of citizen trust, institutional stability, administrative justice, public performance and sustainable development.
