The Global Observatory for Work and Professional Conditions examines the transformation of the working world by placing human dignity, job quality and social justice at the center of development policies. By combining labour analysis, comparative data, institutional cooperation, stakeholder dialogue and policy support, the Observatory helps public institutions, employers’ organizations, trade unions, universities and development actors improve working environments and promote more equitable, safe and sustainable professional models. Its work makes work and professional conditions key levers for human dignity, responsible productivity, social cohesion, economic stability and sustainable development.
